The short version, because it is short.
Booking
A booking made through this site is a request. It becomes a confirmed shoot when we reply to confirm the date and the time, and not before. Nothing is charged at the point of booking.
Payment
Payment is due after delivery. The gallery is published with every photograph and film viewable at preview quality, and an invoice is issued at the same moment. Downloads unlock when the invoice is paid.
The published prices are the package price plus the square footage band the property clears plus any add-ons chosen. Prices are confirmed before the shoot.
An unpaid invoice is followed up automatically. Nothing in the gallery is removed or hidden by a reminder.
Licensing
Copyright in the photographs and films remains with Brandon Henman.
A real estate client receives a license to use the images to market the property, for as long as it is being marketed: listing sites, the MLS, print, social and their own site.
An architect, builder or interior designer receives a license to use the images for portfolio, awards submissions and press.
Resale of the files, licensing them onward to a third party, or use by a brand that did not commission them is not included and can be arranged separately.
Cancellation and access
Cancel or move a shoot as early as you can and there is no charge. A shoot cancelled once we are at the property, or one that cannot go ahead because there is no access, is chargeable at the package rate.
Tell us about gate codes, guard houses, tenants, pets and anything else that governs getting in, before the day rather than on it.
Weather and flying
Interiors go ahead in any weather. Exteriors, aerial work and twilight depend on the sky and are rescheduled rather than delivered badly.
Drone flights happen where they are legal and safe. Where an address sits in controlled airspace we will tell you what is possible before the booking. A flight that cannot be authorized is not flown, and the aerial portion is not charged.
Generated images
AI twilight images and virtually staged rooms are generated rather than photographed, and they are labeled as such wherever they appear. Every virtually staged frame is delivered alongside the untouched original of the same frame. Disclosing that an image is generated when the property is marketed is the client's responsibility, and everything needed to do it is supplied.
