The short version, because it is short.
What this site collects
Two forms collect anything: the contact form and the booking form. Between them they take a name, an email address, a phone number, a property address, a property size, a preferred date and whatever is typed into the notes field. That is all of it, and every one of those fields exists because the shoot cannot be arranged without it.
If you have a client account, that account holds your email address, your name and the projects associated with you.
What it does not collect
There is no advertising network on this site, no third-party tracking pixel, no session recording and no behavioral profile. No data collected here is sold or shared for marketing.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to arrange and shoot the job, to deliver the files, and to invoice for the work. Nothing is collected for a purpose that is not one of those four.
Who else processes it
Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives the payment details directly. Those details never reach this site or its database.
Transactional email is sent through Resend, which processes the address it is sent to.
Delivered photographs and films are stored on Cloudflare R2. The site is hosted on Vercel and the database is hosted by Supabase.
Each of those processes data on behalf of this business and under its own terms.
Delivery galleries and share links
A delivery gallery is reachable by an unguessable link. Anybody holding the link can view it, which is deliberate: it is how a gallery is shared with a colleague or a seller without an account. A link can be replaced on request, which invalidates the old one.
How long it is kept
Booking and contact records are kept while the job is live and afterward as a business record. Delivered files are kept so a client can come back for them, and they are removed on request.
Your choices
Write to brandonhenman@gmail.com to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deletion of a record attached to an unpaid invoice or a live job will wait until the job is closed.
