A property’s full story extends beyond its walls. Aerial photography and film reveal how a home sits within its land, views, neighborhood, and surrounding landscape, giving buyers context that ground-level imagery cannot provide. We create polished aerial coverage for luxury residences, custom homes, commercial properties, and developments across Santa Barbara and Southern California. Every flight is planned to highlight the property’s setting and scale while giving your listing or campaign a stronger sense of place. We are FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured.

Aerial stills can establish the complete property, show the relationship between structures, and bring nearby landscape or views into the story. Lower perspectives keep the property itself prominent, while wider frames provide the context buyers need to understand the location.

Aerial motion adds scale and visual rhythm to property films, from a controlled approach to a wider reveal of the setting. Coverage is planned around the address, conditions, and applicable airspace requirements before the aircraft leaves the ground.
